Patricia M. Anderson

Waltham – Mrs. Patricia M. (Fay) Anderson, of Waltham, died Monday, June 3, 2013 at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. She was 70.

Patricia was born in Boston on June 10, 1942, a daughter of the late Joseph and Gertrude (Danner) Fay, and lived in Roxbury and in Dorchester before moving to Waltham thirty-nine years ago. She had worked for a number of years as a customer service representative but will be best remembered as a devoted and loving wife, mother and homemaker.

She leaves her husband, James E. Anderson; her children, Jane P. and Trudy C. Anderson, both of Hudson; her sisters and brothers, Joan O'Neill of Pembroke, Peggy Elko of Swissvale, Pennsylvania, Ruth Robbins of Bradenton, Florida, Buddy Fay of Las Vegas, Nevada and Chris Fay of Litchfield, New Hampshire and many nieces and nephews.

Patricia was also a sister of the late Barbara Cole, Skippy Fay and Eddie Fay.

Family and friends will honor and remember Patricia's life by gathering for calling hours in the Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Wednesday, June 5th, from 4 to 8 p.m. and again at 1 p.m. Thursday afternoon in Grove Hill Cemetery, 290 Main Street, Waltham where graveside services will be held.
