Marlboro - Mrs. Patricia A. (Delmore) Callahan of Marlboro, formerly of Waltham, died Thursday, August 11, 2005 in Saint Vincents Hospital, Worcester. She was 53. Born in Medford, a daughter of the late Raymond F. and Jean M. (Cavanaugh) Delmore, she was a registered nurse for twenty-five years at Waltham Hospital before its closing, and after that, held the same position at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham. For the past year she had been working for Mount Auburn HealthCare. She was a 1969 graduate of Saint Marys High School in Waltham and a 1974 graduate of Northeastern University. She was also an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed gardening and going on vacations to Cape Cod. She was the sister of the late Janet M. Delmore. She is survived by her husband of twenty-nine years, John J. Callahan; her children, Jennifer Anne Callahan, Jessica Marie Callahan, and John Patrick Callahan all of Marlboro; one brother, John P. Delmore of Grand Junction, CO; one sister, Mary E. Woodside and her husband Kenneth of Leominister and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Marlboro.
