Patricia M. Gray

Patricia M. Gray, of Auburn, formerly of Waltham, died Saturday, November 20, 2021, in her home. She was 78.

Patricia was born on November 30, 1942 in Boston, a daughter of Albert and Margaret (Ward) Donlon. Raised in Boston, she was a graduate of Saint Columbkille High School in Brighton with the class of 1960 and continued her studies at Regis College.

She then met and married Floyd Gray in 1969, with three stepchildren Mark, Linda & Robert. In 1973 her daughter Jennifer was born. Early in Pat's career she was a teacher, and later, worked at ADP, staples, and finally retiring from Brandeis University.

Pat leaves her daughter Jennifer and her husband Wayne, of Auburn; her granddaughters Taylor, Courtney, and Rachel; her brother Daniel and his wife Susan of Naples, Florida and Bristol, New Hampshire; her sisters, Kathleen of Watertown, and Dorothy and her late husband Paul, of Acton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Pat was predeceased by her sister Valerie.

Family and friends will honor and remember Patricia's life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Friday, November 26th from 4 to 7 p.m. and again at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning before leaving in procession to Saint Mary's Church, 133 School Street, Waltham where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Auburn.
