Patricia A. Sneider

Mrs. Patricia A. (McGrady) Sneider, of Waltham, died on November 18, 2019 in her home. She was 83.

Pat was born in Waltham on June 20, 1936, one of three daughters to the late Arthur and Helen (Quinn) McGrady. Before her retirement she had worked as a teller at various local banks.

On August 19, 1974 she married Harry E. Sneider in First Parish Church of Waltham. Pat will be remembered for her kind and caring demeanor. She loved the simple things in life; going out to dinner with her family and friends and her annual trip to Cape Cod with Harry.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry E. Sneider, and her sisters, Gertrude Jarvis and Nancy Bassett.

She is survived by her step-sons, Harry E. Sneider, Jr. (Debra) of Saxonville, Kenneth L. Sneider (Janet) of Billerica and Thomas A. Sneider (Linda) of Medford; her nieces and nephews, Leona Henry, Arthur Jarvis, Chris Bassett, Duane Bassett and Kathleen Valentour and also leaves four step-grandchildren.

Family and friends will honor and remember Patricia's life by gathering to visit in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham on Tuesday, November 26th from 10 to 11 a.m. followed by her funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial will take place at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne at a later date.
