Paul E. McCarthy

Waltham - Mr. Paul E. McCarthy, of Waltham, died Thursday, October 26, 2006 at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. He was 54. Born in Boston, a son of the late Edward and Rita (Wainwright) McCarthy, Paul had worked for the City of Newton for many years as a curb setter. Paul enjoyed riding his motorcycle and fishing. He was the brother of the late Karen McCarthy. Paul is survived by two daughters, Jessica L. Allain of Billerica, and Aimee L. Cavallaro of Watertown; two stepchildren, Jason Thomas of Waltham and Marissa Sheridan of Woburn; one brother, Robert F. McCarthy and his wife, Susan, of Waltham; his dear friend, Trudy Underwood of Hudson; his grandchildren, Kayla, Brenna, Justin, Samantha, Austin, Steven, Ryland, Ava, and Zachary, and several nieces and nephews. The Funeral will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham followed by Graveside Services at 11 a.m. in Holyhood Cemetery, 587 Heath Street, Brookline.
