Pauline B. (Bedigian) Lukosus

Waltham - Mrs. Pauline B. (Bedigian) Lukosus died Monday, January 14, 2019 in Newton-Wellesley Hospital. She was 90.

Pauline was born September 21, 1928 in Newton a daughter of the late Armenian immigrants Levon and Altoon (Maghakian) Bedigian. Raised and educated in Newton she was a graduate of Newton North High School. She married Frank C. Lukosus on July 12, 1953 in Saint Anthony's Church in Allston and they made Brighton their home for many years before moving to Waltham in 1974.

She worked in food services at Bentley University for almost 30 years before retiring in 2003.

In addition to her husband Frank who died September 26, 2005 she is predeceased by her siblings, Simon and Tunney Bedigian and Agnes Tomczyk.

Pauline leaves her children Stephen J. Lukosus (Violeta) of Waltham and Carol Ann Finnegan (Stephen) of Milton; her grandchildren, Stephen J. Lukosus Jr., Vanessa S. Lukosus, Julia A., Stephanie J. and Kimberly G. Finnegan; her siblings, Jack Bedigian (Judy) of Yarmouth and Lucy Bedigian of Waltham; also survived by nieces & nephews.

Family and friends will honor and remember Pauline's life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Monday, January 21st from 4 to 7 p.m. and again on Tuesday morning when her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Mount Feake Cemetery.
