Mrs. Pauline A. (Crocker) Patten, of Florida, formerly of Waltham, died in St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa, Florida on January 22, 2012. She was 89.
Pauline was born and raised in Waltham where she attended both St. Pierre's Grammar School and Saint Mary's High School. She lived in Waltham for over 65 years and was a parishioner of the former St. Joseph's Church on Main Street. After moving to Florida she became a parishioner of St. Frances Cabrini Church.
She was the wife of the late Chester Patten and sister of the late Rita Leonard, Albert Crocker and Agnes Martin.
She is survived by her sisters, Jeanne Richard of New Hampshire and Marie Eagan of Florida and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will honor and remember Pauline's life by gathering to visit in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Friday morning, August 24th, at 9:30 a.m. before leaving in procession to Saint Jude Church, 147 Main Street, Waltham where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
