Pearl M. Deneault

Waltham - Mrs. Pearl M. (Santos) Deneault, of Waltham, died Thursday, August 14, 2008 in Newton-Wellesley Hospital. She was 82. Born in Manchester, New Hampshire a daughter of the late Alfred and Mary (Fernandes) Santos, Pearl had lived in Waltham for over sixty years and was a homemaker. She enjoyed reading, knitting, crocheting and trips to Foxwoods. Pearl was the wife of the late Louis O. 'Lucky' Deneault and sister of the late Charlie Santos and Ida 'Betty' Wood She leaves her children, Pearl A. Burke and her husband, Thomas, of Chelmsford, Louis O. Deneault, Jr. of Waltham, Stephen R. Deneault of Billerica, Joseph W. Deneault and his wife, Sandra, of Waltham, Thomas A. Deneault and his wife, Carol, of Newton, Raymond J. Deneault and Lisa M. Deneault, both of Waltham; two brothers, Thomas Santos of Brockton and Felix Santos of Texas; two sisters, Sarah Santos of New Bedford and Genevieve Gray of Alaska; nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. The Funeral will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m. from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street, (Rte.20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church, 880 Trapelo Road, Waltham at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Grove Hill Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 4 to 8 p.m.
