Peter J. McCusker

Framingham – Mr. Peter J. McCusker, of Framingham, died Saturday, October 6, 2012 in the Wayland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was 82.

Peter was born in Newton on January 19, 1930, a son of the late Hugh P. and Mary A. (Mayhew) McCusker and was raised in Waltham. He had lived in Marlborough for several years before moving to Framingham. Until his retirement he worked as a truck driver for Local 25 of the Teamsters Union.

He leaves his children, Peter J. McCusker, Jr. of Thetford Center, Vermont, Sheila Reeping of Derry, New Hampshire, Lynn Davis of Maynard and Mary Ann Comparato of Andover; his sisters, Margaret Weagle and Helen LaHaise, both of Waltham and Joan Walsh of Dartmouth; 9 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.

He was also the brother of the late Mary Anne Barry, Kathleen Burrie and Richard McCusker.

Family and friends will honor and remember Peter's life by gathering on Friday, October 12th, in Calvary Cemetery, 250 High Street, Waltham, where his graveside service will be held at 11 a.m.
