Peter A. Renna

Waltham - Mr. Peter A. Renna, Of Waltham, died Monday, January 9, 2012 at home. He was 91.

Peter was born on January 10, 1920 in Qunicy a son of the late Salvatore and Francesca (Fanara) Renna and had been a lifelong Waltham resident. During World War II he served with the United States Army. Until his retirement he worked for more than fifty years for the former St. Regis Paper Company at the Waltham Watch Factory.

Peter was predeceased by his siblings, George, John, William and Gaspar Renna, Mary Renna, Josephine Donati and Catherine Agresta.

He is survived by his sister, Sadie Romard of Waltham; his sisters-in-law, Shirley (Pike) Renna and Madeline (Graceffa) Renna, both of Waltham; also survived by many nieces and nephews; grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

Family and friends will honor and remember Peter's life by gathering to visit at 9 a.m. on Friday morning, January 13th, in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham where his funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
