Phyllis L. (Fay) Jee

Waltham - Mrs. Phyllis L. (Fay) Jee of Waltham died Sunday, February 12, 2017 in Care One of Newton. She was 92. Mrs. Jee was born in Boston on February 13, 1924, a daughter of the late William and Blanche (Greenough) Fay.
Phyllis graduated from Girls High School in Boston and worked in the Middlesex County Hospital until her retirement in 1993. She was a member of the choir at Our Lady' s Church as well as a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the V.F.W. Sullivan Post both in Waltham.
Phyllis was the wife of the late George A. Jee, Jr., the mother of the late Denis E. Jee, and the sister of the late William Fay and Eleanor Bourgeious.
She is survived by her children, Francis N. Jee of Middleboro, Gary G. Jee of Worcester, David M. Jee and Lisa Milbert both of Waltham and Lori Connoly of Florida; twelve grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will honor and remember Phyllis' life by gathering on Thursday, February 23rd, at 9:30 a.m. before leaving in procession to Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church, 880 Trapelo Road, Waltham where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Burial will take place at 2 p.m. in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
