Hudson – Ms. Phyllis E. (Delaney) Keirstead, of Hudson, formerly of Waltham, died Sunday, March 2, 2014 at her home.
Phyllis was born in Waltham on January 23, 1963 and was a graduate of Waltham High School. A Waltham resident for most of her life, she worked for a number of years as an executive assistant at Bentley College in Waltham.
She leaves her children, Kenneth C. and Kayla M. Keirstead, both of Waltham; her father, Romeo 'Ray' Delaney of Waltham; her sisters and brothers, Debra L. Sama and her husband, Bill, of Mequon, Wisconsin, David P. Delaney of Dracut, Paul J. Delaney and his wife, Laurie, of Hollis, New Hampshire, Philip J. Delaney and his wife, Amy, of Canton and Susan M. LeRoux and her husband, Mark, of Nashua, New Hampshire; her longtime companion, Scott Silveira of Hudson and many nieces and nephews.
Phyllis was also a daughter of the late Gemma (Marquis) Delaney and a sister of the late Stephen J. Delaney.
Family and friends will honor and remember Phyllis's life by gathering to visit at 10 a.m. on Friday morning, March 7th in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel of Saint Charles Borromeo Church, 51 Hall Street, Waltham where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
