Ralph E. Bergeron

South Yarmouth – Mr. Ralph E. Bergeron, of South Yarmouth, died Friday, October 31, 2008 at Windsor Nursing Home in South Yarmouth. He was 83. Born in Quincy, a son of the late Asa and Marion (Manning) Bergeron, Ralph was a graduate of Braintree High School and had been a longtime resident of South Yarmouth. He served with the United States Navy and until his retirement had worked for the Navy's Sealift Command. He was the brother of the late Edgar L. Bergeron. A Funeral Mass will be offered at 10 a.m. Thursday in The Blessed Sacrament Chapel of Saint Charles Borromeo Church, 51 Hall Street, Waltham. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham. Visitation will be held prior to the Funeral Mass on Thursday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street, (Rte. 20), Waltham.
