Raymond D. Landry

Waltham – Mr. Raymond Daniel Landry, of Waltham, died Sunday, October 13, 2013 at Newton Health Care Center. He was 76.

Raymond was a son of the late Joseph Daniel Adam, Sr. and Adele Evangeline "Eve" (Samson) Landry of Arichat, Nova Scotia and had lived in Waltham for most of his life.

He leaves his brother, Adam J. Landry, Jr. of Chelmsford; his cousin, Elizabeth Samson of Little Anse, Nova Scotia; 14 nieces and nephews; 11 grand nephews and nieces and his great grand-niece, Kimberly Pearson of Marblehead.

Raymond was also a brother of the late Lorraine C. Harte and Mary Jane Richards, and uncle of the late Meridith E. (Richards) Moore.

Raymond had a special gift of youth and is loving remembered by his nieces and nephews for his playful spirit and for his vivid, fantastic stories.

Family and friends will honor and remember Raymond's life by gathering on Thursday afternoon, October 17, in Mount Feake Cemetery, 203 Prospect Street, Waltham where graveside services will be held at 1 p.m.
