Raymond Edward Richards

Waltham – Mr. Raymond Edward Richards, of Waltham, died Friday, March 4, 2011 at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge. He was 86.
Ray was born in Cambridge on September 27, 1924, a son of the late Camille and Victoria (Cyr) Richards. He served with the United States Navy during World War II. He worked for the B.F. Goodrich Company and later at The Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown where he was a Braille printer, retiring at age 62.
He leaves his brother Camille Richards of Harwichport, his close friend, Ronald E. Isaacson of Waltham, his nieces Michelle Robbat of Winchester and Robin Clenney of Callaway, Florida, and his nephew Thomas Richards of Milford, New Hampshire.
He was the brother of the late Theresa M. Richards.
The family is planning a memorial service for Raymond in May.
