Rita M. Arsenault

Waltham – Mrs. Rita M. (Collette) Arsenault, of Waltham, died Monday, March 1, 2010 in the Rivercrest Long Term Care Facility in Concord. She was 90. Rita was born in New Brunswick on February 4, 1920, a daughter of the late Euclide and Regina (Arsenault) Collette and had lived in Waltham for most of her life. The wife of the late Eric J. Arsenault she leaves her children, Regina M. Darcy of Hudson, Rose-Mai Palmacci of Medford, Ernest J. Arsenault of Hudson, Ronald J. Arsenault of Wayland, Raymond J. Arsenault of Marlborough, John J. Arsenault of Weymouth, Bernard N. Arsenault of Douglas, Anne Marie Pasquale of South Yarmouth, and Janet S. Corazzini of Stow; her brother, Cyrille Collette of New Brunswick, 26 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was also a sister of the late Sr. Aurore Collette, Juliette LeBlanc, and Lena Nowlan, and the step-daughter of the late Bella Collette. Family and friends will honor and remember Rita's life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. and again at 9 a.m. on Friday morning before leaving in procession to Saint Charles Borromeo Church, 51 Hall Street, Waltham, where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham.
