Rita P. Lally

Mrs. Rita P. (McKenzie) Lally, of Waltham, died Saturday, April 5, 2008 at Maristhill Nursing Home, Waltham. She was 82. Born in Boston, a daughter of the late Herbert and Catherine (Coughlin) McKenzie, Rita lived in Waltham before moving to West Yarmouth, where she lived for twenty-five years. She returned to Waltham four years ago. She was a graduate of Rosary Academy in Watertown. The wife of the late Richard H. Lally, she leaves her childen, R. Kevin Lally and his wife, Bonnie, and Richard W. Lally and his wife, Nancy, all of Waltham and her grandchildren, Kristen Dalla Costa, Erin LaCasse and Brian Lally. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 8 a.m. Thursday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Charles Borromeo Church, 51 Hall Street, Waltham at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
