Rita. F. McCarthy McCauley

Mrs. Rita F. McCarthy McCauley of Waltham died Sunday July 11, 2004 at Mount Auburn Hospital, Cambridge. He was 78. Born in Needham a daughter of the late Francis and Gertrude (Bigley) Wainwright, she worked as a Factory Worker for many years Ionics Corporation in Watertown. She was the wife of the late Edward P. McCarthy, Frank L. McCauley and mother of the late Karen McCarthy She is survived by two sons Robert F. and his wife Susan and Paul E. McCarthy and his wife Helen all of Waltham, one sister Joan Drugge of Bolton, her grandchildren Casey Sevene, Peter Smith, Jessica Allain, Aimee McGrath, and Ryan, David, and Andrew McCarthy. Also survived by seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Graveside Services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in Holyhood Cemetery, 587 Heath Street, Brookline. Procession will be leaving the Funeral Home at 10: 30 a.m. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 p.m. in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street Waltham.
