Robert L. Anderson

Waltham – Mr. Robert L. Anderson, of Waltham, died Wednesday, March 29, 2006 at Sawtelle Family Hospice House in Reading. He was 61. He was the husband of Karen M. (Shea) Anderson. Born and raised in Worcester, a daughter of the late E. Leslie and Aina (Erlandson) Anderson, he had lived in Waltham for the past 35 years. Bob was a 1968 graduate of Northeastern University in Boston and had operated his own home improvement business in Waltham for several years. He was a member of the Triad Lodge of Masons in Newton and in his spare time enjoyed cooking and gardening. In addition to his wife, he leaves his daughters, Kristin A. Buxton and her husband, Wayne of Burlington and Robin L. Demoy and her husband, James of West Roxbury; four grandchildren, Lauren and Samantha Demoy and Andrew and Kevin Buxton; his sister, Karen Gauch of Eastham and his cousin, J. Michael Anderson of Windermere, Florida. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 9 a.m. Saturday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church, 880 Trapelo Road, Waltham at 10 a.m. Burial will be private. Visiting hours are Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Sawtelle Family Hospice House, 320 Haverhill Street, Reading, MA 01867.
