Mr. Robert E. Calabufalo of Brockton, formerly of Waltham died Friday April 23, 2010. He was 56.

Robert was born in Waltham on May 4, 1953. A son of Rose V. (Turco) Calabufalo of Salem, New Hampshire and the late Ernest Calabufalo, Robert lived in Waltham for many years and had recently lived in Brockton. He has worked for the past thirteen years as an assistant manager for Fed Ex/Kinkos in Brookline.

In addition to his mother, he leaves his wife, Mary K. (Dowcett) Burke; his children, Amy M. Pomerleau and her husband, Robert, of Dracut and Brian J. Calabufalo of Pepperell; his sisters, Joyce A. Foley and her husband, William, of Sandown, New Hampshire and Debra M. David and her husband, Paul, of Salem, New Hampshire; his grandchildren Tyler and Brian Jr. and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor and remember Robert’s life by gathering for calling hours at The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. and again at 9 a.m. on Thursday before leaving in procession to Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicetd Church, 880 Trapelo Road, Waltham where his Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will be private.
