Robert E. Gould

Waltham- Mr. Robert E. Gould of Waltham died Wednesday, June 30, 2004 in Mount Auburn Hospital, Cambridge. He was 73. Born in Waltham, a son of the late Florence E.(Merriam) and Alden W. Gould, Mr. Gould worked as an electrician for Barry Controls for many years prior to his retirement. He was a member of the Joseph F. Hill American Legion Post 156; an Associate Member of the U.S. Naval Institute and former Commander of the National Guard Veterans, Waltham. Mr. Gould was Korean Conflict veteran serving with the U.S. Coast Guard. He was the husband for 49 years of the late Joan C.(Murrin) Gould He is survived by his children Robert D. Gould and Jacqueline Beaudoin, his grandson, Gerard Beaudoin III, and his brother Alden W. “Chuck” Gould, Jr. all of Waltham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
