Robert K. Pedersen

Waltham - Retired Waltham Police Officer Robert K. Pedersen died Tuesday, July 27, 2004 in the Epoch Senior Healthcare Center in Weston. He was 74. A lifelong Waltham resident, Mr. Pedersen was a police officer for the City of Waltham for twenty one years, retiring in 1977. He was a member of the Waltham Police Patrolmen’s Association.<br><br>Mr. Pedersen was the proprietor of Holiday Homes Real Estate as well as Rolls Royce Limousine Service until his retirement several years ago.<br><br>He was the husband of the late Elizabeth ( Hartman ) Pedersen; the son of the late Peter C. and Mary C. (Nielsen) Pedersen and the brother of the late Ralph Pedersen.<br><br>He is survived by his children, Linda A. Pedersen of Marshfield, Nancy L. Kelly of Lowell, and Robert K. Pedersen Jr. of Derry, NH; his sister, Helen Dolber of Satellite Beach FL; his brother Richard Pedersen of Needham; six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. <br><br>The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 31, at 10:30 am in the Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street, (Rte. 20), Waltham. Burial will follow in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 4-8 pm. Donations in Mr. Pedersen’s memory to the American Parkinson Disease Association, 720 Harrison Avenue, Suite 707, Boston, MA 02118 would be appreciated.<br>
