Mr. Ronald E. Isaacson of Waltham died Saturday, January 25, 2014 in the de Rham Hospice House in Cambridge. He was 79. Ron was a lifelong Waltham resident. He was born on December 27, 1934, a son of the late Carl and Nina Blanche (White) Isaacson.
Ron was in the shipping and receiving department at the Perkins School until his retirement. Prior to that, he was a truck driver for Hewlett Packard.
He was a Waltham High School graduate and had served in the U.S. Navy.
Ron is survived by his close friends, Rose and Tom Russo of Watertown and Gail Leichtman of Lexington.
He was the brother of the late Richard C. Isaacson and dear friend of the late Raymond E. Richards.
Friends will honor and remember Ron's life by gathering on Friday, January 31st, in Mount Feake Cemetery, 203 Prospect Street, Waltham, where his graveside service will be held at 1 pm.
