Mrs. Rosemary T. (Utley) Sheridan, of Watertown, died at home on Tuesday, October 22, 2019. She was 88.
Born in Boston on October 15, 1931 she was a daughter of the late Francis and Dorothy (McLaughlin) Utley. She lived many years in Brighton and Waltham and the last eleven years in Watertown.
Rosemary worked as an administrative assistant for the Joe Kennedy Citizens Energy Oil Heat Program in its Arlington office for over ten years before retiring.
Her unconditional love for her family was boundless. They were a singing family as Rosemary had a love for music. She will also be remembered for her terrific sense of humor and zest for life.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Mary E. Sheridan on February 10, 2018 and her grandson Robert J. O'Donnell Jr. and siblings, Francis 'Frank' Utley, Dorothy Stonebreaker, Marjorie Utley, Richard Utley, Michael Utley and Robert Utley and son-in-law Henry Aragonis.
Rosemary leaves her children, Kathleen M. Sheridan of Watertown, Marjorie A. Nigro (James) of Watertown, Janice A. Morrissey (Ronald) of Marshfield, Rosemary T. Aragonis (Al Constibile) of Watertown and John E. Sheridan of Watertown; grandchildren, Brianna Nigro, Shannon and Ronald Morrissey, Justin Sheridan, Tara Penta, Samantha Aragonis, Jason and Melissa Sheridan; great-grandchildren, Sophia, Justin Jr., Jazlyn, Tiffany, Jeffrey Jr., Mayayla, Melania, Leah, Taryn, Jayce, Breah and Jaylyn; siblings, Joseph and William Utley of West Newton, James Utley of Avon, Timothy Utley of Hudson, Madeline Admirand of Waltham and Ann Moruzzi of Arlington; nieces & nephews.
Family and friends will honor and remember Rosemary's life by gathering to visit at 8 a.m. on Monday, October 28th in Saint Luke's Church, 132 Lexington Street, Belmont, where her Funeral Mass will celebrated at 9 a.m. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
