Ruth E. Bouchie

Marlborough - Mrs. Ruth E. (Hayden) Bouchie, of Marlborough, formerly of Waltham, died Thursday, June 29, 2006 in the Marlborough Hills Nursing Center after a period of failing health. She was 81. Her husband, Harry J. Bouchie, Jr. died in 2001. Ruth is survived by her children, Rochelle R. “Shelley” Bouchie, Harry J. Bouchie III, Paul D. Bouchie and Scott W. Bouchie all of Marlborough. She was predeceased by her sister, Pauline James. Mrs. Bouchie was born in Waltham, a daughter of the late Paul F. and Nora E. (Quinlan) Hayden. She graduated from Waltham High School and attended nursing school. She had worked as secretary to the president of Sears-Roebuck Co., in Boston, prior to raising her children. Graveside services will be held at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne on Thursday at 1:15 p.m.
