Waltham Mrs. Santa B. (Caruso) Limole, of Waltham, died peacefully Saturday, December 1, 2007 in Newton-Wellesley Hospital with her family by her side. She was 80. She leaves her husband of 51 wonderful years, Joseph A. Limole; two devoted children, David J. Limole and his wife, Jana, of West Newton and Diane S. Callahan and her husband, Jeffrey of Waltham. She was the cherished grandmother of Colvin J. Callahan; sister of Anthony Caruso and his wife, Ruby, of Waltham; sister-in-law of Abby Caruso of Eastham. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Santa was born May 10, 1927 in Waltham, a daughter to Carmelo and Jennie (Longo) Caruso. She graduated from Waltham High School in 1946. She is predeceased by her brothers, Robert Caruso and Philip Caruso and his wife, Millie. Mrs. Limole worked as a private secretary for many years with local firms. Among her joys and hobbies she was an excellent cook and enjoyed gardening. She was the loving owner of her beloved Rougie, her dog for twenty-one years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Thursday at 9:30 am from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church, 880 Trapelo Road, Waltham at 10:30 am. Burial will be in Mount Feake Cemetery Cemetery. Visiting hours Wednesday 4 8 p.m.
