Shirley M. Casella

Waltham – Mrs. Shirley M. (Bryden) Casella of Waltham died Saturday, July 26, 2003 at Wingate at Sudbury. She was 69. A lifelong resident of Waltham and a homemaker, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Mary Pauline (Pike) Bryden. She leaves her husband, Joseph Casella; seven children, Joseph P. Casella of Shirley, Cheryl A. Casella of Marlboro, Charles L. Casella of Dracut, Cathy M.Mirabal of Gales Ferry, CT, Richard J.Casella of Jacksonville, FL, Karen L. Casella Torres of Stockton, CA and Lisa J. Casella of Waltham; one brother, Norman Bryden of Waltham; one sister, Claire Champlin of Oceanside, CA; 14 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was also a sister of the late Donald Bryden. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham. Rev. Robert F. Hoaglander will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours are Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
