Waltham - Mrs. Theresa (Vitti) Malone, of Waltham, died Monday, June 23, 2014 in Newton-Wellesley Hospital. She was 93.
Theresa was born in Newton on September 5, 1920, a daughter of the late Angelo and Ortenzia "Nina" (Stucchi) Vitti.
She loved to cook, dance, and entertain her friends. But most importantly, she loved time with her family. Theresa was a parishioner of Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church in Waltham and a member of the PFC John M. Sullivan USMC Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 10334 Auxiliary.
She was the wife of the late William C. Malone, the mother of the late Nina Malone, and a sister of the late Gerard Vitti and Anthony Vitti.
Theresa is survived by her sisters, Mary Ann Martin of Framingham and Sylvana Fisher of Waltham and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are private.
