Waltham – Mr. Thomas J. Harron, of Waltham, died Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He was 59.
Tom was born in Waltham on June 14, 1958, a son of the late Lawrence E. and Elizabeth A. (Parsons) Harron, and had been a lifelong resident. He was a 1976 graduate of Waltham High School and also graduated from Massachusetts Bay Community College.
He worked as a courier for almost thirty years for FedEx and enjoyed outdoor activities. Tom loved spending lots of time with his family, especially his cherished nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.
He leaves his sisters and brother, Faith M. Boudreau of Portland, Maine, Laura J. Lambert (Steve) of Zionsville, Indiana, Lawrence E. "Chip" Harron (Mary) of Centerville and Judith E. Pulsone (Nicholas) of Newton and many nieces, nephews and their families.
Tom was also a brother-in-law of the late David Boudreau.
Family and friends will honor and remember Tom's life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Monday, February 26th from 4 to 8 p.m. and again at 10 a.m. on Tuesday morning before leaving in procession to Sacred Heart Church, 311 River Street, Waltham where his Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Newton Cemetery.
